General Pump — Important Notice The General Pump 5-year warranty does not cover seals, valves, freeze damage, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance — even within the warranty period. Always follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule.

What Is Not Covered

The following items and situations are excluded from all warranties — regardless of model or coverage period.

  • Wear Parts — Valves, connections, hoses, fittings, and all consumable or wear components
  • Normal Wear & Tear — Deterioration from regular daily use
  • Misuse or Negligence — Operation outside of intended purpose or recommended parameters
  • Missed Maintenance — Failure to perform oil changes, fluid maintenance, or service at manufacturer-recommended intervals
  • Incorrect Installation — Damage resulting from improper setup or incompatible components
  • Wrong Fluids or Parts — Use of non-recommended fluids, lubricants, or replacement parts
  • Buyer or Third-Party Modifications — Any alterations made after delivery by the buyer or outside parties

Non-Transferable Warranty All warranties — structural and pass-through — are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the original buyer named in the purchase agreement. Warranty coverage does not transfer upon resale or change of ownership.

No. All warranties are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the original buyer named in the purchase agreement. Coverage does not extend to subsequent owners.

For Honda Engine and General Pump warranty claims, The Bin Trailer will assist you in initiating the claim with the respective manufacturer. Pass-through warranties are administered by the component manufacturer — terms and service procedures are governed by their individual warranty policies. The burner and hot water system on the Double Hot are covered under The Bin Trailer's 12-month structural warranty.

Yes. Remote technical support, parts identification, and sourcing assistance are available to all customers — not limited to the warranty period. We're committed to keeping your equipment operational for the long term.

We do not offer on-site repair service. All support is provided remotely via email, phone, or video call. For hands-on repairs, we provide complete guidance and part specifications so you or a local technician can perform the work efficiently.
