What warranties do standard Single Cold and Double Hot trailers include?
Both standard models include 3-year engine and 3-year pump warranties, plus 12-month coverage for manufacturing defects in the listed structural components. The standard Double Hot burner has a separate 2-year warranty. Coverage is subject to the applicable component terms and purchase agreement.
How do I submit a warranty claim?

What warranty do California Edition trailers have?
California Edition trailers include extended coverage: a 4-year full engine replacement warranty, a 7-year pump warranty, and on the Double Hot California Edition, a 5-year heating coil warranty. All California Edition units also include a 1-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. This extended coverage applies to units purchased on or after August 28, 2026.
Does the warranty cover shipping costs for repairs?
Shipping and transportation costs are the buyer's responsibility in all cases. The warranty covers the defective component itself, not logistics or freight expenses.
Can I transfer my warranty if I sell the trailer?
No. All warranties are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the original buyer named in the purchase agreement. Coverage does not extend to subsequent owners.
What happens if a manufacturer warranty component fails?
For engine and pump warranty claims — standard or California Edition — The Bin Trailer will assist you in initiating the claim with the respective manufacturer. Pass-through warranties are administered by the component manufacturer; terms and service procedures are governed by their individual warranty policies. The standard Double Hot burner has a separate 2-year warranty. Structural coverage remains 12 months; California Edition heating coil and electrical component terms are listed separately above.
Does missing an oil change void the California Edition engine warranty?
Yes. The 4-year full engine replacement warranty on California Edition models requires the owner to stay current with manufacturer-recommended oil changes and tune-ups. Missed maintenance intervals may void engine warranty coverage.
Is remote support available after the warranty period ends?
Yes. Remote technical support, parts identification, and sourcing assistance are available to all customers — not limited to the warranty period. We're committed to keeping your equipment operational for the long term.
Does The Bin Trailer offer on-site repair service?
We do not offer on-site repair service. All support is provided remotely via email, phone, or video call. For hands-on repairs, we provide complete guidance and part specifications so you or a local technician can perform the work efficiently.
