Is the Smart Lift hydraulic or automatic?

Can I tow it with the 275-gallon tank full?
No. Although the fresh water tank has a physical capacity of 275 gallons, The Bin Trailer limits filling to 200 gallons for operational safety. This filling limit does not replace verification of the actual loaded weight and all trailer and tow-vehicle ratings.
