Before You Order
The Core Wash System is a professional-grade kit that requires basic installation and compatible equipment. Make sure you meet the requirements below before purchasing.
A minimum of 3,500 PSI is required for the system to operate correctly. Lower-pressure machines will not activate the rotating wash head properly. We recommend 4,000 PSI for optimal performance.
Your truck or trailer must have sufficient space and payload capacity to support the system. For trailers, a minimum single axle rated at 3,500 lbs is required. Contact us at info@thebintrailer.com if you have questions about compatibility.
The system ships fully assembled but must be bolted and connected to your vehicle. Hydraulic connections, drain lines, and external hoses must be sourced and installed by the buyer. A full printed and online manual is included.
Wastewater disposal regulations vary by state and city. The buyer is responsible for verifying and complying with all local environmental regulations before operating.
A separate clean water supply tank is required. We recommend a minimum of 275 gallons for efficient route operation without interruption.
