What You Need Before Installation
Pressure Washer — Supplied Separately
The supplied requirements list a minimum of 3,500 PSI and 4.0 GPM, with 4,000 PSI recommended. Confirm the complete pressure washer, nozzle, flow, temperature and connection configuration with our team before purchasing. Pressure alone does not establish compatibility.
Vehicle & Loaded Capacity
The listed starting platform requirement is 10 × 6 feet. The supplied guide lists a minimum 3,500-lb single axle or a 7,000-lb tandem-axle configuration. These figures do not establish payload capacity or approve the completed installation. Account for vehicle or trailer weight, equipment, fresh water, wastewater and cargo, and verify every applicable rating.
Fresh Water Supply — Not Included
A separate fresh water tank and supply arrangement are required. Select tank size around route water demand and the permitted loaded configuration. The included 200-gallon tank is the wash and wastewater recovery tank; it is not the fresh water supply tank.
Installation & External Plumbing
The assembled kit must be secured to a compatible platform and connected to your equipment. The buyer supplies external pressure-water connections, hoses and drain lines. Review the included installation manual and obtain technical assistance where needed.
Wastewater Handling
Plan collection, transport and disposal before operating. The recovery tank does not by itself establish compliance with local disposal requirements. Verify the requirements for your operating area.

12-Month Kit Warranty
The included components have a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage from improper installation, misuse or incompatible equipment is excluded. Separately purchased pressure washers and vehicles are not included in this kit warranty.

Buyer-Arranged Freight

Core Wash System Buying Questions
Is the Core Wash System a complete bin cleaning trailer?
No. It is an assembled installation kit. It does not include a trailer or truck, pressure washing machine, fresh water tank, external hoses, connections, drain lines or installation.
Is the 200-gallon tank for fresh water?
No. The included 200-gallon aluminum tank is the wash and wastewater recovery tank. A separate fresh water supply is required.
What pressure washer is required?
The listed requirements are at least 3,500 PSI and 4.0 GPM, with 4,000 PSI recommended. Confirm all equipment and connection specifications with The Bin Trailer before purchasing.
Is the Smart Lift hydraulic or automatic?
No. The Smart Lift is manually operated with gas-strut assistance.
Will the kit fit any trailer or truck?
No universal fit is promised. Check installation space, mounting requirements, actual loaded weight and vehicle or trailer ratings. Ask our team to review your proposed configuration.
Does the kit produce hot water?
The kit does not include a pressure washer or burner. The rotating wash head has a listed temperature rating of 200°F / 93°C. Confirm hot-water compatibility of the entire installed configuration before use.
Is financing available?
Financing is subject to lender approval. The supplied financing terms require installation on a titled trailer or truck used as collateral. Confirm eligibility and terms with the lender before ordering.
How much does the Core Wash System cost?
The listed kit price is $14,999. Buyer-supplied equipment, installation and freight are additional. Confirm applicable taxes, fees and selected options in your written quote.
