1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting thebintrailer.com, requesting a quote, placing an order, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Bin Trailer.

2. Products & Custom Manufacturing

All products sold by The Bin Trailer — including but not limited to trailers, lifting systems, pumps, burners, tanks, parts, and accessories — are custom-built and assembled upon special order. Each unit is manufactured specifically for the individual buyer according to the selected model, configuration, and any agreed-upon specifications.

Because every unit is a custom-manufactured product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your signed order agreement is the price that applies to your order.

• Prices on the website are for reference only and are subject to confirmation
• Optional upgrades, custom wraps, and accessories are priced separately
• Full payment at order placement qualifies for a $500 discount, subject to written confirmation
• Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

4. Payment Terms

The Bin Trailer accepts Wire Transfer only. No other payment methods are accepted.

Wire transfer instructions will be provided upon order confirmation. Orders are not placed into production until the deposit payment has been received and verified. The Bin Trailer is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect wire transfer information provided by the buyer.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production has commenced and only with written approval from The Bin Trailer. Once the production deposit has been received and manufacturing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations approved before production begins may be subject to an administrative fee
• No cancellations are accepted after production has commenced
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has started

6. Delivery & Shipping

The Bin Trailer ships nationwide from our facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order and are subject to change based on production schedules, parts availability, and carrier conditions.

• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and do not constitute a contractual commitment
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier
• The buyer is responsible for inspecting the unit upon delivery and reporting any damage within 48 hours
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Warranty & Disclaimers

The Bin Trailer provides a limited warranty on workmanship and structural components as specified at the time of sale. Third-party components (engines, pumps, burners) are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties.

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, operator error, or third-party modifications
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from daily operation
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with documentation within the warranty period

THE BIN TRAILER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THOSE STATED AT THE TIME OF SALE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.

8. Product Images & Specifications

All product images, renderings, and visual media on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Images may depict optional features, custom wraps, or configurations not included in the base price.

Actual product specifications, appearance, and components may vary based on model, order date, and supplier availability. No image or visual representation constitutes a warranty, guarantee, or contractual obligation regarding the final product delivered. Final product details are confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, technical drawings, product photographs, and proprietary manufacturing processes — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Bin Trailer and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited
• Product designs and technical drawings may not be copied, replicated, or used for manufacturing purposes
• The Bin Trailer name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE BIN TRAILER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

In no event shall The Bin Trailer's total liability exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or litigation in Osceola County, Florida, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Bin Trailer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
