Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold by The Bin Trailer — including trailers, lifting systems, parts, accessories, and components — are custom-built and assembled upon special order. Because each unit is manufactured specifically for the buyer, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy once production has begun.

🏭 Special Order Manufacturing

All products sold by The Bin Trailer, including trailers, lifting systems, parts, accessories, and components, are custom-built and assembled upon special order. Each unit is manufactured to meet specific production requirements and buyer specifications.

Because of this custom manufacturing process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstance once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item purchased — including trailers, equipment, replacement parts, fittings, hoses, or accessories. All sales are final once the order is confirmed and production has started.

This policy applies to all order types including full-payment orders and deposit-based orders. Once the 50% production deposit is received and manufacturing begins, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued.

⚙️ Reason for This Policy

Our products are manufactured under special order conditions — each unit is built specifically for the buyer following custom production schedules, sourced materials, and assembly procedures.

  • Each trailer is built to order and cannot be resold or restocked once production begins
  • Custom wrap designs and branding are buyer-specific and non-transferable
  • Materials and components are sourced and allocated at the time of order confirmation
  • Production slots are reserved exclusively for confirmed orders

📦 Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipping, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos and a written description of the issue sent to info@thebintrailer.com.

⚠️ What Is Covered

Damage caused during transit that is documented within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the case and, if applicable, provide repair or replacement instructions at our discretion.

The following are not covered under any damage claim:

  • Damage caused by misuse, operator error, or improper operation
  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or setup by the buyer
  • Modifications made by third parties after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear from daily operation
  • Damage reported more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery

💳 Payments & Order Finalization

All orders require a 50% deposit at contract signing to secure your production slot and begin manufacturing. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion prior to delivery or pickup.

The Bin Trailer accepts Wire Transfer only. Once the production deposit is received and manufacturing begins, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Full payment at order placement qualifies for a $500 discount, subject to confirmation at time of order.
